This class combines guided breathwork with therapeutic sound healing to create deep relaxation and inner balance. Through conscious breathing and soothing vibrations, the practice calms the nervous system, reduces stress, supports emotional release, and promotes deeper, more restorative sleep.

Here everything is about fun, not about being a professional dancer. You learn a very easy mini choreography, which helps you to find your unique expression, power and energy through dancing and connect to your self-confidence and body. In this class you’ll recharge your energy, quiet the mind, and feel more grounded through simple guided meditations that awaken your senses - seeing, feeling, and hearing. Tibetan singing bowls and open awareness meditations are sometimes included to deepen the experience. It’s a gentle way to release stress, find clarity, and transition from work to evening.
