Breathflow / Morning Breath (Online)

Flow with your breath to good music to calm your nervous system. Allow yourself to breathe and to connect to yourself. Here there are no rules, just you, the music and your breath spending time together. You can’t do anything wrong here, just enjoy and breathe.

Breathwork & Soundhealing

This class combines guided breathwork with therapeutic sound healing to create deep relaxation and inner balance. Through conscious breathing and soothing vibrations, the practice calms the nervous system, reduces stress, supports emotional release, and promotes deeper, more restorative sleep.

Feminine Dance

Here everything is about fun, not about being a professional dancer. You learn a very easy mini choreography, which helps you to find your unique expression, power and energy through dancing and connect to your self-confidence and body. Additionally you practice your focus & coordination and you train your flexibility and balance.

Shake It Off

In this class everything is about letting go of daily stress and worries. The intention is to reduce energetical blockages through body movement and develop a better relationship with your body. This is not about looking good but about having fun. Let’s dance and shake it off.

Enjoy & Relax

This course invites you to just lie down and receive. You can allow yourself to finally do NOTHING. We take you on a journey into a deep state of relaxation in your body. Recharge and reconnect to yourself and your inner calm inside through music, vibration, scent, massage, sound and voice.

Groovey Bodyflow

In this class we combine breath, presence, rhythm and movement. This powerful combination is like a moving meditation and helps to develop a better connection to self and your inner world which shows up as your experience in life. We practice presence to bring awareness to physical, mental or emotional blockages to invite in more flow.

Afterwork Recharge

In this class you’ll recharge your energy, quiet the mind, and feel more grounded through simple guided meditations that awaken your senses - seeing, feeling, and hearing. Tibetan singing bowls and open awareness meditations are sometimes included to deepen the experience. It’s a gentle way to release stress, find clarity, and transition from work to evening.

AYUM Sound Bath

A relaxing session combining the soothing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls with gentle Ayurvedic Yoga Massage movements. The sound vibrations help release stress and tension, while the mobilisations ease pain and stiffness in the body.

The Remember Cycle

Welcome to an experiential series at Studio SOMA — a soft and powerful invitation to remember through the body. Each week we explore one of the Four Pillars from Remember – The Game of Awakening: Presence, Reflection, Creation and Unity. Through breath, sound, movement and stillness you are guided to experience these principles as living states rather than ideas. No previous experience is needed; only curiosity and a willingness to feel.
