Tai Chi Chuan & Qi Gong

A simplified and playful introduction to an accessible philosophy and practice of self care. It's as ancient as it is current, extremely easy and seriously difficult. It's said that it only takes a daily investment of seven minutes a day to cultivate health benefits.

Inner Balance, Peace & Presence

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to gently stretch connective tissues, fascia, and joints. It invites stillness, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and helps balance the body's energy flow by harmonizing yin (receptive, cooling) and yang (active, warming) forces. It is as much a practice of presence and surrender as of physical movement.

Breathwork

Breathwork is the conscious practice of guiding the breath to influence body, mind, and spirit. Through patterns of deep, rhythmic, or focused breathing, it can release stored tension, increase energy flow, and open pathways to altered states of awareness. At its heart, breathwork is a return to life’s most fundamental rhythm — the breath that connects you to presence and to all of existence.

Healing Breath

This class combines guided breathwork with therapeutic sound healing to create deep relaxation and inner balance. Through conscious breathing and soothing vibrations, the practice calms the nervous system, reduces stress, supports emotional release, and promotes deeper, more restorative sleep. This class offers a safe space to reconnect with yourself, restore energy, and invite healing on both a physical and emotional level.

Feminine Boost

Feminine Boost is a course for all the women who LOVE DANCING and MOVING their bodies! In this course we will shake our hips and let our bodies speak to the rhythm of the music. The goal is to give you more confidence and femininity in your body and movements.

We will rehearse every week a little fun and very easy choreography together to make you feel even more like a woman to refer to Shania Twains Song for those of you who know it. For those of you who don’t know it, I put a link here for you.

We move, dance and laugh together and enjoy each others company as a circle of women. Raw, authentic, vulnerable and brave to not search for perfection but for CONNECTION. We come together in this safe space where there is no comparison but a cheering onto each other to celebrate our own unique beauty.

I say this because I myself was going through a very long and tough time in my life where it was very hard for me to accept my body for what it is today. I always wanted to be thinner, prettier, more this more that. So my personal goal with you is to give you a new access to YOUR BODY and also to your SELF-LOVE because femininity and self-love is very much intertwined.

Dance Buddys For Life

Shake It Off

Shake it off is a course for women and men, to simplify it, for everybody who loves to experience music, movement and fun together in one session. The intention is to give you a free space to DANCE and MOVE to connect deeper to yourself AND to remember how it feels to be playful and free in the body. It is a simple but very effective way to let go of blocked energies, overthinking and to let it once in a week ALL OUT.

Shake yourself completely FREE with me and enjoy a good time and good music in nice company (daily worries and stress left aside). This is about YOU. About You REMEMBERING THE FUN in life and how it feels to just BE YOU, cause that is ENOUGH. It is not about dancing PRETTY it is about having fun;)

Space to BE.

Relax & Enjoy

Relax&Enjoy is a course where everything is about DOING NOTHING. It is an oasis for you to finally let go of all the mental chatter and your daily live problems to connect to your body in RELAXATION. I will work with different tools but commonly it is always about LISTENING.

This course will be a bit different every week and includes soundhealing, guided meditation, listening to short beautiful stories I will read to you, fantasy travels, breathing, very slow and little movement or stretching. Everything to give you a moment of stillness and calm inside of yourself. You don’t need to do anything than to show up. I hold the space for you that you can feel completely safe and held to let go and fall deeply into relaxation. Why am I doing this? Because I would love to have that for myself:D Always the best concept to follow.

My intention with you as a group is to always follow the flow and also feel into your energy and the energy of the group to give you exactly what you need in that exact moment.

After Work Recharge / Meditation

Let go of the day and sink into a space of calm. In this class you’ll recharge your energy, quiet the mind, and feel more grounded through simple guided meditations that awaken your senses - seeing, feeling, and hearing. Tibetan singing bowls and open awareness meditations are sometimes included to deepen the experience. It’s a gentle way to release stress, find clarity, and transition from work to evening. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to enjoy the rest of your day with balance and ease.

This class invites you to connect with your heart and your feminine energy. Each session explores themes like receiving, self-love and heart opening - offering space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of joy, connection, and an inner glow that can carry into your daily life and relationships.
